Jiayi currently has a series of products including bovine collagen peptide, bovine bone protein peptide, fish collagen peptide, silkworm pupa protein peptide, etc.

2. Why are there so many different kinds of your products, and what are the differences between them?

We set production and sales standards based on our factory standards and the transmittance values determined by nearly a hundred professionals from various fields, including collagen peptide industry experts. This ensures that each batch of products delivered to our customers has stable index data and minimal variations, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Gold and Silver Labels: Available in both granular and powder forms, produced in Hunan.
  • K Series: Powder form, produced in Jiangxi.
  • G Series: Granular form, produced in our old factory in Jiaxing.
  • Our production lines and pricing system are relatively stable and do not change frequently. Due to our multiple production bases, we offer a wide range of product series, providing more choices for our customers.

3. What are the technological advantages of Hunan Jiayi's products?

  • Raw Material Cleaning: Each batch of raw materials is cleaned multiple times using natural spring water, averaging 250 tons of water for every ton of raw material.
  • High-Quality Activated Carbon: We use food-grade activated carbon with a fine particle size of up to 13,000 mesh to ensure excellent adsorption performance, safety, and quality.
  • No Additives: From raw material cleaning to finished product, no auxiliary agents or additives are introduced, preserving the original flavor and nutrients of the ingredients.
  • Precise Filtration: Multiple cation and anion exchange equipment are used for precise filtration, retaining beneficial minerals and trace elements while ensuring product purity and safety.

4. How do you ensure the high quality of your products?

We strictly control quality at every step, from raw material selection to finished product packaging.
  • Raw Material Quality Control: We carefully select raw materials based on their source, nutritional content, microbial content, and other factors according to our strict corporate standards.
  • Production Process Quality Control: We conduct inspections at each stage of the production process, especially after the triple-effect concentration process, where we perform at least two comprehensive tests on the liquid for indicators such as acidity, alkalinity, concentration, sugar content, and heavy metals.

5. How do Jiayi's products differ from those of other brands?

Jiayi is industry-recognized for its high cost-performance ratio and consistent product quality. Unlike other brands, which incur higher operational, labor, and marketing costs, we focus on optimizing our production process. By using stable raw materials and operating our own wastewater treatment system, we can thoroughly clean the raw materials without the need for additional additives, resulting in a more cost-effective and environmentally friendly product.

6. What is the product cooperation process and what payment methods are available?

Inquiry and Quotation
  • Customer Inquiry: North American buyers will send you an inquiry via email, phone, or online platform, specifying the product name, specifications, quantity, and delivery date.
  • Detailed Quotation: Based on the customer's inquiry, provide a detailed quotation that includes product price, packaging, shipping method, payment terms, and product specifications or certifications.
  • Answer Questions: Patiently answer all customer questions, such as product features, production cycle, and quality assurance.

Order Confirmation
  • Confirm Product Details: Both parties will reconfirm product specifications, quantity, and quality standards to ensure accuracy.
  • Determine Delivery Location and Date: Determine the final destination of the goods, shipping method, and estimated delivery date.
  • Discuss Payment Terms: Negotiate and agree on payment terms (such as T/T, L/C), specifying the payment percentage and timeline.

Contract Signing
  • Prepare a Draft Contract: Prepare a detailed contract draft based on the agreed terms, including product description, quantity, price, payment terms, delivery date, quality assurance, acceptance standards, and liability for breach of contract.
  • Sign the Contract: Send the contract to the customer for signature. Once signed, both parties will retain a copy.

Down Payment
  • Customer Makes Down Payment: The customer pays the down payment as agreed upon in the contract, typically 30% to 50% of the total contract value.
  • Confirm Receipt: Once you have confirmed receipt of the down payment, submit the order to the production department.
     

Production Arrangement
  • Develop Production Plan: Develop a detailed production plan based on the order information and arrange production.
  • Quality Control: Strictly implement quality control according to contract requirements during the production process to ensure that products meet quality standards.
     

Shipping
  • Arrange Shipping: After production is complete, arrange a suitable shipping method, such as sea freight or air freight, and select a reliable logistics company.
  • Handle Export Procedures: Handle export customs clearance, inspection, and other procedures to ensure smooth customs clearance.
  • Provide Shipping Documents: Provide the customer with shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.

Delivery
  • Goods Arrive at Destination: The goods arrive safely at the specified destination.

7. What is the production cycle for Jiayi products?

Our entire production cycle typically takes 7-10 days. The process involves raw material cleaning, enzymatic hydrolysis, decolorization, deodorization, filtration, concentration, and finally, spray drying and packaging. Following production, we conduct rigorous testing on various product parameters for approximately 2 days.

8. What is your production capacity?

We currently have four production bases (one under construction) located in Hunan, Jiangxi, and Zhejiang provinces. These facilities have an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons of bioactive peptides.

9. How did Jiayi establish its corporate standards?

Jiayi's corporate standards incorporate absorbance analysis, digital sensory evaluation, and national (GB 31645-2018) and industry standards (QB 2732-2005). Our core product standards prioritize absorbance value analysis, complemented by sensory evaluation. For each batch and ton, we take five samples and subject them to advanced technical analysis and diverse sensory assessments to ensure high-quality and consistent products.

10. What does 420nm refer to in the corporate standards?

420nm refers to the absorbance value in absorbance analysis. 1 Using precision instruments commonly found in biochemistry, medicine, and environmental science, we measure the absorbance of products when exposed to 420nm wavelength light. A lower absorbance value indicates higher transmittance, signifying higher product concentration, purity, and color quality. Each batch and ton undergoes rigorous testing with at least six professional examiners.

11. What is the difference between the sensory evaluation in the corporate standards and those in national and industry standards?

After determining the 420nm value based on our corporate standards, we conduct sensory evaluations involving over a hundred experts, including medical doctors, researchers, influencers, and consumers. A 10-point scoring system is used, and the average score reflects the product's sensory quality. Each star represents 20% satisfaction, with a maximum of 5 stars.

12. What are the product testing standards?

  • We have a dedicated testing team of 10 people.
  • We take five samples from each batch after powdering.
  • Our laboratory is equipped with advanced instruments and conducts over 20 testing items.
  • Before shipping large quantities, we conduct additional testing on samples.
  • Before each shipment, our sales representatives carefully compare the 420nm value, sensory indicators, and physicochemical indicators of each batch against customer requirements or previous shipment indicators.
